All 3 of these models also have a remote control that allows you to control the power and volume of your TV. There is also a Roku app for Android and iPhone/iPad that allows you to use your smartphone/tablet to control any Roku device and use the phone/tablet's on-screen keyboard or voice to search. 4) If you need a wired Ethernet connection, use the Roku Ultra. 5) If you want to connect an old TV with RCA/composite audio/video jacks, you'll need the Express PLUS6) The Express and Premiere 2018 models have a remote control that needs to be pointed at the device, unlike some Roku -models.
