I bought this for my wife last November. She loves it! She massages her legs for 20 to 30 minutes every night to get a good night's sleep. After 7 weeks of use this massager started making a squeaky noise and it got louder and louder each night. I contacted Cincom support. They told me to record a troubleshooting video and said they would take care of their customers after the sale. After I submitted the video, they confirmed that the device was defective and would send me another device free of charge. I received it in 2 days. Great customer service and they stand behind their products.
