It's nice enough but you can't put too much weight it.
I got the 5 ft. I like it for ballet barre but be careful about putting too much weight on it. It's not for gymnastics.Can be used for stretching.The clamps are made of plastic so they can only grip the wood so much before they give/slide so keep that in mind. Otherwise it's a good deal.
