Reliable purchase, guaranteed to be a good purchase.

Used in an energetic manner while being handled with modest care. Already on their second set, the knives from the first set were used for harsh work before being discarded.
Has pros:
Very sharp, especially considering the cost. You can rely on them without worry as ones that are disposable, save them, and then change them.
Having these drawbacks:
After a month of even careful labor, the edge that was once there has been dulled. Vegetable peeler lasted six months (blade attachment)
