I like that it is easy for non-technical people to use. It's also pretty cheap considering all of its features. The support team could be more responsive (sometimes you have to wait weeks or months before they reply). Also there are some bugs with certain plugins which can cause errors when editing pages. If you need something simple but powerful then boxcms will do what you want. Our main goal was to create a platform where our customers could easily share their content online in order to attract new business opportunities. This has been achieved by creating a community portal for our clients. They now feel part of our brand and we get to see how much traffic each page gets.
