Pros: - Super light - Adjust on the fly, I didn't know how much I would like it. I always thought set it and forget it, but breathing changes, the weight of the pack adjusts to hold more/less water and gear as you run. - The bottles are *pretty* good...more on that below. They don't leak, stay open to dry after use, and fit easily in a backpack.- It's hard to find the perfect vest. It is very good. Cons: - I wore it shirtless and I have a scab from the vest connection that scratches my skin. And that's just for a 4-mile run. I will tape over this piece when I run shirtless again. - The pockets are fine. I can't put my phone in my side pocket because everything is sweaty. I can reach one on the back without removing the back, but it's tricky as all the cables are in the way at the back. I would definitely complain about the cables, but maybe one day they will come in handy? - The biggest complaint is that the bottle is dangling. The pocket on the right seems to be an inch shorter than the left, and that inch makes all the difference with the lid raising and lowering once I've downed part of the bottle. It's annoying to hit, mostly because it looks like it's going to come out or because the bottle crumples. I wish these bottle pockets were a little deeper. ****** UPDATE ****** I've run many miles in this vest. The longest run was 20 miles with 4500 vertical feet and this bag is great. I realized that the problem with the bottle was user error. You have to make sure the bottle is lowered all the way into the pocket or it will flop. It is also necessary to tighten the drawstring at the top of the bag. Since it needs to be inserted perfectly, I usually just flex my neck and drink with bottles in my pockets and it works well. The biting and tugging keeps the bottles from leaking which is great! I like that I can adjust the tightness on the go. For some reason I have to pull myself up more when running. I wish it was easier for me to zip/unzip my back pockets without taking off my vest. It works for me but is cumbersome and requires many unsuccessful attempts to find the zipper with an extra arm extension. I often get lost with rubber bands in the way.
