Review on ๐ŸŽฒ Colorful Polyhedral Pieces for Dungeons & Dragons by David Carmody

Revainrating 5 out of 5

They are perfect for my needs.

I bought these as gifts for new members of the D&D campaign I'm starting. They are inexpensive and do the job ten times over without much expense. I had shorted one of the dice bags, but I plan on keeping two sets anyway, so I don't mind. I colored (colorized) the cubes I want to keep because the gold color didn't stand out enough against the white/pearlescent or purple background that I liked. A $.50 bottle of white or black paint really makes a difference in how the numbers contrast with certain colors. I used cheap matte acrylic paint and a sponge to replace them. In my pack: 10X - d4, d6, d8, d10, d%, d12, d209X - black dice bags NOT 10 Pros: Inexpensive (almost $1 per set) Solid construction Fairly easy to read Well packaged New undamaged dice bags for dice die Cubes don't seem cheap like other sellers. Disadvantages: A dice pocket is missing. All but two sets of dice were colored (painted) with a hard-to-read gold paint that I didn't like. Easy five minute solution for me. Bottom Line: These dice will serve the purpose time and time again and I like them enough to get more in the future for new players as needed. They're great for what I need them for and I'm not neurotic enough to salt them for a balance check. My groups are in for fun, not extreme specificity. Revain Prime delivered them to my door in less than 24 hours. I only said 9.5/10 because using gold for all but two ink colors seemed lazy and didn't make them as noticeable as I had hoped. Coloring the #s to my liking was quick and easy, and very cheap too. 10/10 recommend and will buy again.
