Not suitable for balloons.

star balloons did not fly at all. The heart balloons barely floated and deflated the next day. The round balloons also barely floated and deflated quickly, and some were even sealed so helium couldn't be added. Revain refunded my money but I still spent a lot of helium and didn't have the big balloon bouquet I was hoping for to celebrate my daughter's birthday. I will no longer buy from this company.
