None of the 4 leg mounts included. Just got my chair and checked under the chair to see if they were taped there, in the box, in the shipping material and nothing. I called her number and it got disconnected. You also can't write to them on the site unless you're a dealer, nor is there a way to contact them through Revain. Also, as far as I can see, they don't respond to people who lack details here on Revain. The legs of the chair are very heavy and have sharp edges and my porcelain stoneware floor can be scratched by the legs. Good luck with this purchase, roll the dice and hope for the best. I would return it but I just can't have a huge box and supplies in my apartment until I can return it and also I'm sure it won't fit in my medium sized car. I wish I hadn't bought this!
