This is the first time I can't go online and get a PDF manual. My 100-year-old mother lost her instructions and when some of her ALF co-workers turned off the phone, the speed dial she had been relying on was reset. Their biggest complaint is that the handle is so light that it can't sit tight in the mount. The phone has no markings, no model, no series, no brand, nothing. I had to look for it in Revain purchases. By the way, the same phone is sold under different brand names. Add to that the confusion of getting the PDF manual. According to the manual, do I really have to order a second phone?
