it is pajama fabric
I wear shirts with a 16.5 collar, I bought size L and it's too big for me. Sleeves 39 are too long. The fabric is not suitable for formal wear as it has a baggy style that looks more like pajamas when worn. I don't recommend it unless you want to wear it for everyday occasions.
