We've been using it for a few months now. The device is working properly! There are no problems with sound and microphone. The only complaint is that the mute indicators on the microphone and speaker are difficult to see unless you pick up the device and turn it over to see the top. Users posting microphone problems may have a faulty device or setting on their computer that is causing problems. , but that's definitely not a design issue. The same applies to speaker problems. The test report, which claims different volume levels for different speakers, does not make it clear how this technology works. This speaker cannot control the tones of individual callers.
