Perfect fit after changing the dialer strap attachment point to the helmet

I got this to work by adjusting the fit of the dialer strap in an unadvertised way - there are two holes next to it. each other at the point where the strap attaches to the helmet and the strap snaps into one of them. I untied it and put it in another hole, making the circle smaller. My head circumference is about 54-55 cm, which is the lower limit of size S. I order and send back several helmets because nothing fits - size XS fits better. too small, S was too big even after using thicker liners. The Sweatsaver Small was too big due to the thick lining. Even helmets with a rotating system did not work - the size of the Thousand Small helmet was too deep. This (Gotham) size S also didn't work initially because it was too loose and I had to over-tighten the dial system, but worse was that the dial grip was too low on the back of my head when other reviewers have mentioned touching my neck - totally uncomfortable. I was about to return it when I took a closer look and noticed that there is another hole next to where the dial system attaches to the helmet. I moved the tape to this hole and it fitted perfectly. For some reason this isn't an advertised way to adjust the fit. I couldn't be happier with the fit now.
