I have been using these personal pest control devices for many years now. My old ones were like tennis racquets, heavy on a C battery, then I switched to mains powered ones. When I saw that they were connected to USB, I was delighted to get the twin packs. I was a bit disappointed when they arrived as the zappers are a lot smaller than I'm used to, but gosh they work! I realized that more is not better. They are lighter, easier to handle and, above all, easy to charge. I have one in every room of my house, on the patio and in the office. We have a lot of bugs in Florida. The documents that came with the kit say they have a "lifetime warranty". Well, one of mine stopped clicking. The flashlight worked, charged, but there was no charge. I contacted the seller through Revain. They emailed me and told me all the positions the little switches should be in and I said they were, but it still didn't work. Then they asked me to send photos, which seemed strange to me, because how do you show the absence of a discharge? Well I emailed 2 pictures showing the little switches and the next day I got a brand new FedEx set delivered to my house! They support their product.
