Well, at Revain you get what you pay for (sorry if you haven't heard). In this case it was even worse. When I received the shelf it had BROKEN parts on it, GLUE from shipping insulation stuck to the shelves, scratches on many parts and just sawdust, debris etc. All everywhere. parts. You were very nice on the phone. Of course they are Canadian. But when I got what was supposed to be replacement parts I had 4 shelves shorted out and the other parts they sent me were just as scratched and looked awful. This is just my experience now. BUT if you have bad intuition how to assemble something yourself. Forget it. The instructions might make more sense in French (of course they're bilingual), but the English version AND their diagrams aren't clear. You'll spend more time screwing the wrong parts into the wrong sections because the SHEET statement is incomprehensible. Which brings me to my next problem. NONE OF THE PARTS ARE MARKED! At least one sticker or marker on the side. You have to make heads and stories out of the ambiguous instructions that come with it. So if you're not good at building your own DYI stuff, forget it. I would stay away from these guys and spend a little more for something better and easier to work with, both for the product and for the company. I will make sure I never do business with these guys again!
