I would return this toy if it wasn't for the headset and coffee my daughter loves. The age range of this toy is 3+. My daughter is 23 months old and loves to imitate me by working from home. She already has an old iPad mini connected to the laptop she's playing with, so I figured she'd love it. These items must be for 9+ and above. The phone is a piece of wood with a picture on it, and those little velcros are useless. They will not stick to the laptop screen (more than a few seconds). Only the screen part has a plastic housing. The keyboard section is a piece of felt. The "laptop" has a stand on the back that doesn't hold up. So there was a frustrated child and a mother who couldn't get him to stand. I even tried gluing it to the stand lol. I would have happily paid a bit more for a laptop with two pieces of plastic (apparently I didn't look closely enough at the picture). And I don't understand a wooden phone when they are already making other types that would be more useful for a kid, especially the one that is 3+.
