We received this knife as a gift from our wedding party and I absolutely love the knife set. The knives are SUPER sharp, which is perfect. The handles are perfectly in hand which is great because we have more control over the cutting edges and the wooden handles are very smooth with rounded edges. The blades are full, do not break or deform. Before I could cut a piece of cheese, I used it to make breakfast by slicing sausage, onion, red pepper, etc. If you're a hunter, these knives are exactly the same as the skinner, chute, and knuckle splitter. I am very very satisfied with this set. I recommend buying plastic sheaths for your knives (sheaths) to protect the cutting edges (they are very sharp, so if you keep them in a drawer you run the risk of accidentally cutting your hands when you're after something else grip, however the knives are magnetic for hanging on the magnetic knife holder). I highly recommend this product, excellent value for money.
