slight sulfur smell from my tap water and this one Filter takes care of that and also produces crystal clear water. Prior to this filter, I used a faucet filter that fitted in a glass of water or ice, but was a bit annoying to use because it severely restricted water flow while this system allows water to flow at normal pressure. This system is also more cost effective as its 6 month filters are a few bucks more expensive than the faucets I change out every few months. Installation was easy. Within an hour of UPS delivering this thing, it was installed, cleaned up, and all the junk stuffed back under the kitchen sink. All tools required are two small crescent wrenches for disconnecting and reconnecting the plumbing and a screwdriver/drill for securing the filter bracket with three screws. The only necessary disconnection of the sink is a cold water shut-off valve under the sink, after which the filter is connected directly at that point. The instructions are pretty simple and anyone who can turn a wrench can do this easy DIY project.
