Review on Chic and Sleek: Double Black Skinny Solid Leather Women's Belt Accessories by Wanda Kolb

I'm not sure if the belt I received is real leather and I'm shocked that no one mentions it Has. Leather has a distinct odor and is a hard, flexible material. It doesn't smell like leather, it feels like some kind of compressed material, possibly compressed paper. I can run my fingernail along the edge of the belt and feel the layers of material that make it up. The top layer may be real, but I'm a Texas girl, I've seen enough skin to recognize an obviously fake/cheap product. I bought brown and the color is not very good up close. The brown tone is nice but the edges are faded too evenly and it makes the look cheap. I would also say that the size is gone. I haven't measured it but I would say based on the fit it is at least an inch or two larger than advertised when in the tightest opening.
