Price and quality are good for sports nutrition
I love this product very much. I switched to amino acid tablets because the powdered shaker drinks hurt my teeth, not to mention they're loaded with coloring and buffering to extend shelf life. I've been taking it for almost a year. Along with multivitamins, I will be taking these amino acids for a long time. As long as they keep the quality and price the same lol. I don't take 6 at a time. I will take 9 per day in servings of 3 with each meal. Before hitting the gym, I sometimes drink two or three for a little boost. A bottle of 400 is enough for me for a long time
