I have been using USB transfer cables for over a decade - all with Easysuite software (I have NOT tested this unit with a Mac - only with a PC). I love the compact size. appears when plugged in (it happens on W7 but not on XP or W10), but that shouldn't be a problem. I asked the supplier and they recommended connecting the BIG end to the treadmill first, then the smaller end. It seems to be working better. I noticed that the REMOTE computer is shown at the top of the frame and the LOCAL computer is at the bottom, which is the opposite of what was shown on all previous similar devices running Easysuite software. This isn't a problem, but older device users can be a bit annoying. This product could be improved if it looked for existing files and had the option to ignore, overwrite, or keep both files like the old LapLink.
