As long as it works I will update his progress every week - UPDATED 7/31/2017

only 4 stars at the moment because this is a weekly progress report. Goal: Try LeanFire XT for the first time to lose weight and shorten your waist. On 06/25/2017, the first day I tried the product, I weighed 196 lbs. and my waist was 44.5". My goal is to lose 165 pounds. and cut my waist to 34 inches. The duration hasn't been determined yet because I'm not sure how effective the product is and most importantly I want the pace to be realistic. So, in a week below you will see my stats. Date: 07/02/2017 Weight: 192 lbs. Waist: 43.5 inches. Dosage: One capsule daily before lunch. I tried two - as recommended - on the first day, but it was too much for my body. I was dizzy, sick and shaking. In the following days I only took one capsule. Also learned that taking the capsule on an empty stomach had the same effect as taking two capsules, but to a lesser extent: tremors and nausea. The solution was to take the capsule with a light snack, ie. fruit or a glass of orange juice. I will take this step until my body develops a tolerance. Diet: Eat normally, small meals, no fried foods, chicken and seafood, once red meat, rice, pasta and potatoes, mixed vegetables, smoothies. No drastic changes to my regular diet to see how effective the product is. So far it suppresses my appetite. Exercise: Start with light exercise and walk 3 sets: 2-4 miles each at a brisk pace (15 minutes/mile). ordinary. I felt lighter and more energetic. I do weekly cycles with something new each week to monitor effectiveness. The next report will appear on July 9th, 2017. Goal: Weekly update, slight improvement over last week. Date: 07.09.2017. Weight: 191 pounds. My body is developing tolerance, the tremors are almost non-existent. Diet: same diet as last week. I feel less hungry. Exercise: Walk five days in a row: 2-4 miles each at a brisk pace (15 minutes per mile). Notes: Body cleansing has decreased this week, almost back to normal. The energy level is also almost normal. The next report will appear on July 16, 2017. Goal: Third week update, gained 3 pounds. from last week. Date: 07/16/2017 Weight: 194 lbs. Waist: 43.0 inches. Dosage: One capsule daily before lunch. More tolerance and no nervous excitement. Diet: Same diet as last week except I ate more carbs than usual this week - Birthday Celebration. Notes: I feel like my body is back to normal. The energy level is also normal. I'll take two capsules next week, switch to low carb and get back to you on 07/23/2017. Goal: Update week 4, loss of 1 pound from last week. Date: 07/23/2017 Weight: 193 lbs. Waist: 42.5 inches. Dosage: Two capsules daily, one before lunch and one before dinner. Diet: Same diet as last week, trying to eat more vegetables and small portions. walked at a fast pace (15 minutes per mile) and did weightlifting for a day. Notes: Energy levels during my weightlifting sessions were low. I felt drained after a 30 minute cardio workout. Maybe my body needs more weightlifting. Next week I will continue the weightlifting training and report on the results on 07/30/2017. Goal: Update of the fifth week, more energy than last week. Date: 07/30/2017. Weight: 193 pounds. Like last week, I think my body weight has plateaued. Waist: 43", ½" increase. Dosage: Two capsules daily, one before lunch and one before dinner. in small portions. Exercise: Four days of walking: 3-4 miles each at a brisk pace (15 minutes/mile) and two days of weight lifting. Notes: Energy levels during my weightlifting workouts were better this time. I had more energy than the previous weightlifting session, I actually felt pumped up. The recovery phase also went well. Next week I'll do a more intense weightlifting workout and report back on the results on 08/06/2017. Goal: week six renewal, same energy as last week. Date: 06/08/2017 Weight: 192 lbs. lost 1 pound waist: 42 inches loss 1 inch. Dosage: Two capsules daily, one before lunch and one before dinner. Diet: Drank healthy smoothies, ate more veggies and eat small portions. It's hard to stay away from carbs. Exercise: Four days of walking: 3-4 miles at a fast pace (15 minutes per mile) and three days of weight lifting. Notes: Excellent weightlifting energy levels as well as excellent recovery. Good body pump during training. Alright guys, I'm done with my first bottle of LeanFire XT (60 caps). After taking LeanFire XT for six weeks, I didn't notice much of a difference from day one. Perhaps six weeks is enough to notice the results. Maybe I need to continue taking the supplement and train more aggressively. We'll see what happens and keep you posted.
