Good support from their team of professionals who are always willing help with any queries or problems faced in using this software! Nothing so far but it seems like they have taken good care about all aspects related to customer satisfaction which I appreciate very much considering its one stop solution provider when you need IT services within budget constraints!! It's easy to use, I like having all my data in one place that easily shows me what I need to know when it comes time to pay invoices or check out. The support team has been helpful with any questions we've had as well! There isn't much I dislike about this product at this point. We're able to track our customers better than before and keep up with them even after they leave the store.
