USED USED for bags, cases and cases

Unfortunately I have to say that I bought this for my son-in-law for Christmas. When he opened it; he liked it very much. However, then he began to whip out airplanes and travel itineraries, using napkins, pens and other objects. I almost died. He said everything was fine and that he would keep it, but apparently someone returned it and it wasn't checked for items before resale. Personally I would send it back but my SIL was good in it. More.Disgusting
