I'd love to take before and after measurements, but I think an actual height of 1.5-2.0 inches is realistic. They are nice and sturdy, I had a set of brand new quadratecs. Heavy-duty backpacks sagged below drain level after months of hauling heavy loads and sagged easily over bumps. After installation I had several hundred (maybe 500) pounds of cargo in the back of the jeep and virtually no sag. Easy installation, didn't even have to remove the brace or front screws, just left the top plate in place. No surprises Note that you will need new U-bolts which are not included in the kit. I bent them at my local truck and suspension shop for $10 a bolt, you need four. The standard size is about 6 inches. I would replace them with at least 8 inch U-bolts.
