It has been very easy to learn! I like that it shows all my data in one place, so if you need information from another program or department, its simple to get it. The layout of some reports can be confusing at first glance but once you figure out how to use them they are great. Its also an excellent way to keep track of your caseloads and see what needs attention next. There's nothing bad about this program. If you're looking into predictive analytics programs this will give you everything you want/need. We have realized more accurate case predictions than we had before using other systems.
