Photo 1: Connection to an old fan that I want to replace. Photo 2: Connection to a new fan. Note that the positive and negative wires are swapped. Maybe it doesn't work because the polarity is reversed? Otherwise the delivery was on time and I got everything I expected. When I spin the fan (manually) it seems to be silent (at 180RPM)! 😊. I hate giving bad reviews and want the fan to work!
