I love how light they are compared to my previous shoes which now feel so clunky. And unobtrusive! I feel like I can do parkour, but I won't. Already crazy! I ordered my normal size but had to go back and downsize. I usually wear a women's size 9, so I took the men's size 8 first. There was about a good half inch in there. Researched and found that every *half size* is 1/8 inch. I ordered size 7 and they fit perfectly. Approximately 1/4 inch more toe clearance. As suggested. feels right The arch support works well for me. I have a medium arch I think. As far as the spectrum in terms of high arches or flat feet is concerned. They are wide enough as I think women's shoes are narrower. I also like the lichen green color. I wish they had a loop on the heel to make putting the shoes on easier. The shoe tongue is on the inside and is a little annoying, but comes in handy when the laces are tied. I'm happy to trade them in and donate my old pair. Worth the money if the shoes fit! I look forward to wearing them for years.
