When you change the battery in your key fob you need to unscrew this small screw on the back. Once you do this the Loctite will no longer hold and the screw will be lost. This rubber cap fits great and keeps the screw where it needs to be. Very happy with it and the reasonable price for two for $9. I will be buying 2 more for my wife's Honda.
