Review on cielo24 by Greg Anderson

I like how it is so customizable, you can control everything from what your customer sees to when they see it - all in one place! The most difficult part of this tool was getting started with our first live event/event recording because there wasn't an easy way for someone who isn't familiar with creating events or using VAs (like myself) to get up and running quickly and easily. Once we did though things just fell into place really well. We use Cielo 24 at work as a means to record training sessions and other important meetings where people might not be able to attend but still need access to recordings afterwards. It has also been great for keeping track of client files which are stored online since clients don't have physical copies anymore. This allows us to keep them organized without having to worry about losing anything. There's nothing specific i dislike yet. For now, my.
