Review on 🔧 iCarsoft VAG II OBD2 Diagnostic Scanner Tool for Volkswagen VW Audi SEAT Skoda - Erase Fault Codes, Oil Reset, DPF, EPB by Doug Friedman

This item is VARIE. I received the device and the first impression was positive. However, the instructions are very poor and important information is missing. The first instruction is to register and update the device. When attempting to update the device, I entered the device's serial number as provided and was told that such a serial number does not exist. I tried several times to make sure I didn't make a typing error when entering the serial number. Same result every time: The serial number does not exist. Due to poor documentation and poorly written software, I would not recommend anyone to deal with this company. See photos for registration question.
