This power supply is very practical. If you're considering buying it, then you already know what it does. I can tell you that it works exactly as it should as it outputs a stable 12.39 volts. There's a small blue LED to let you know the power adapter has power, but the cables aren't detachable like you see with laptop power adapters, so it's all in one, everything is plugged in. Like all power supplies. Included it does feel warm after some time of use, in fact it stays warm even if you just leave it plugged in so I would recommend unplugging it when not in use so it lasts longer.
