I disagree with Zinus support. I bought this bed frame because it was advertised as 'quiet' and within the first month it was and it has improved the quality of my marriage. A month later, the frame began to creak. I contacted Zinus via email and received an automated response that the ticket was created. After 2 weeks of silence, Zinus emails me that they are behind due to technical glitches and that I should reply to them if I still have a problem and they will try to reply within 24-48 hours. I responded by telling them the problem persists. A week later I tried to view my ticket but their website didn't give me a password. After a few weeks I tried calling but they had an excessive wait time. 24 days after my last email to Zinus I called them again. This time someone responded immediately, said they didn't know why the website was so stupid, forced me to send them my Revain bill, then told me they would send me a new bed frame. I think the moral of the story is this. If your Zinus frame is creaking, give it a call. I'll try to update in a few months so you'll know if the new frame makes any noise. UPDATE: It's been a few weeks since I heard from Zinus. I don't have a new frame, tracking number or even an email. UPDATE: It's been about 5 months since I bought the frame, 4 months since I started contacting support and over a month since they said they would replace the frame. Zinus never contacted me again and never sent me a new frame again. The ticket was opened by the BBB. I no longer worry about their service.
