Very durable! You must not/cannot hit your toes or hurt your knees!

We have been using it for about 5 months. No problem! My boyfriend and I together weigh about 425 pounds and I've had no problems with it. He also likes to get up on the bed and walk around on it. We use it with our Tempurpedic (mattress only). We plan to put very thin plywood between the mattress and the frame just to distribute the weight better, but we haven't done that yet. I haven't decided yet if Zinus is great or terrible. (UPDATE: They are awful!)

I disagree with Zinus support. I bought this bed frame because it was advertised as 'quiet' and within the first month it was and it has improved the quality of my marriage. A month later, the frame began to creak. I contacted Zinus via email and received an automated response that the ticket was created. After 2 weeks of silence, Zinus emails me that they are behind due to technical glitches and that I should reply to them if I still have a problem and they will try to reply within 24-48…

Sturdy but not as strong as suggested

I bought this frame because I'm quite a tall and HEAVY person. I needed something strong, durable and affordable.
