Sturdy, great price - hand tool
Came without instructions but with pictures, I figured out how to set it up. Once everything is set, just give it a little tug to loosen the bar and simply tap the ground lightly with the smallest end and it will snap back. It's a good weight but still compact and light enough for me. comfortable to hold while jogging. Now I feel much calmer while hiking and jogging! A much better choice for defense than a stick or bat.
