Review on Display Acer Chromebook C710 2847 Replacement by John Rodriguez

I have just received this item which I ordered to repair my Acer C710 and after disassembling I found it in place the tabs On the side, like this item (see image), Acer needs tabs at the top and bottom. Now I find out on YouTube that all Acers are like this, so it seems strange that this product is being sold as an Acer spare part. The sizing and electronics are fine and the screen works except the tabs are in the wrong place so I can't use screws to hold everything together. It appears to be the cheapest part of its kind currently available and I would rather use my device than return it and hope so I just rely on the plastic bezel to hold the screen until I tape it down. I'll let you know how it goes! I'm giving it two stars because while this part works, it is clearly misplaced as an Acer replacement part and likely won't last very long without additional reinforcement.
