I have just received this item which I ordered to repair my Acer C710 and after disassembling I found it in place the tabs On the side, like this item (see image), Acer needs tabs at the top and bottom. Now I find out on YouTube that all Acers are like this, so it seems strange that this product is being sold as an Acer spare part. This display takes about 20 minutes to install and looks great. The only tool needed is a small Phillips screwdriver. The screen frame is removed by hand. The only "questionable" part is the correct/consistent placement of the connector. If you can use one tool to replace a laptop screen in 20 minutes and only have to pay attention for about 30 seconds, I think that's a win. As for the screen, it looks great.
