I mainly used the USB ports for charging. I haven't seen much charging above 1.0A, I got my iPhone 7 to draw 1.3A. When I finally plugged in my dead power bank to charge it, it started drawing 2.65A! Now the device is only designed for 2.4 A. I took a picture, you see 2.53A but the voltage dropped to 4.83V. I checked the specs and it says it can charge two devices at the same time and it looks like it can charge both devices Can charge 2.4A. I don't have two devices that can draw that much, but I connected an iPhone 7 and we can see the power bank charge drop to 2.09A and 4.78V. The iPhone probably drew 1.0 A or less, mostly charging. In general, a decent device, but I'm worried about the stability of the power supply in the USB ports, I think I'll only use one at a time.
