I received this wiper system in just a few days and it came complete with the wiper arm and blade. After I installed and connected everything, the motor ran fine but the blade didn't move. Long story short, I found that the screw clamp that secures the lever to the motor shaft was not tight enough. So I just took the clip off my old arm and used it again and everything works fine now. Apart from this small problem I am completely satisfied with the product, the price and the delivery. Now back in business with three wipers on my boat.
