I didn't like that there were no gloves. Although when you first mix it up it's hard to believe it's even black hair color due to its earth brown color but be careful not to drip it on anything as it will likely never wash off. I ordered for a friend because she wanted ammonia free and she is very happy with how deep her hair has gotten. Your box actually came with an extra package! Our roommate even asked me to order 2 boxes for her!
