Good 4 runs because they work well and have a bit of improved behavior (barking in particular). So they serve their purpose. If it were less efficient I would rate 1 star and return because - the battery life is TERRIBLE - they last 1.5-2 days so it hurts to constantly charge them almost more times than they actually do. And every time I charge them they uncollar or change sync so both dogs are on the same channel or whatever. At this point they just can't sync back to what they should be and I waste minutes after charging trying to troubleshoot again. They are very difficult to handle.
