DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY. No customer service, one of our collars died and we tried to contact them and nothing. The battery sucks, the life of the controller is long, the connection is difficult, the collar is fine. but the cons outweigh the cons here.

This is the second of these devices that I have. Like the other, it has its problems. Not only did it leave marks on my dog's neck, but it randomly disappears on its own. I would find another brand as this brand is very disappointing

I love their concept but they just didn't last. Collars kept falling off. The receivers have not been charged (may take a day). I often had to connect the collars to the remote control. I wish they would work.

These collars work great. My only complaint is that they reset every time I charge them. I have to program collars 1 and 2 every time I plug them in, which is time consuming and annoying. Otherwise I'm happy with them. 6 months update. The remote suddenly stopped charging and stopped working. Guarantee for 6 months before date. Don't buy this

Easy to use and manage. My two dogs only needed one training session with the collar and now all they have to do is show the collar to understand that they should behave properly. Actually, I mean just a practice session. We still only use them to validate training expectations and the behaviors we want and expect from them. Good 4 runs because they work well and have a bit of improved behavior (barking in particular). So they serve their purpose. If it were less efficient I would rate 1 star and return because - the battery life is TERRIBLE - they last 1.5-2 days so it hurts to constantly charge them almost more times than they actually do. Works pretty well. I've had these for a few weeks now. My two energetic black labs are doing much better. It only took one pass through the beep sequence, then the vibration, then the shock for them to come up with the idea. I bought this product because of the features it offers with both bark control and manual override. But I warn you not to leave bark control at all unless you control it within earshot. This will happen and go away on its own, and if you're not in the kennel to keep an eye on it, you risk injuring your pets.
