This tool was broken and should not have been sold

Yes it has been used but the description states cosmetic imperfections - not broken and hopelessly cracked. or on the side of an object. Small blemishes on the bottom or back of the item. The product is delivered in the original packaging. The packaging will be damaged. does the job it was designed to do. Whoever tested this tool and wrote the description either did not test the tool or deliberately falsified the description. For something expensive - never worth repeating.
