I used this tool for the first time tonight. What an absolute pleasure. The bushings came out like clockwork. Completely different experience. Too bad I didn't buy this thing a year ago.

Removal of anchor pins/bushings on Class 8 trailers, had to be ground to size to reduce knockout, broke after a week and a half. I would look at other types of removal tools before buying, e.g. B. my C-frame for removing pins.

I don't like this as much as the previous Taper Bush Pusher model. It tends to get stuck in the spider's eye and you have to knock it out. The edges of the tabs can also be damaged and will need some sanding to fit the bushing. The rest works great.

Suitable for press fitting bushings. Not for knocking out pins I have the strongest clip-on air hammer they make and it won't knock out pins without preheating. And then when it kicks them out, the school gets stuck and you have to bang them out with a hammer and punch.

Received May 12, 2020 I finally had to use it for two separate heavy braking jobs. I can't say enough about how great this tool is. Also, this tool allowed me to set my air hammer to its lowest setting. I would advise that anyone using this tool use only the force necessary to remove the pins and bushings.
