    Really microphone. Due to the external dimensions, I had to go to a machine shop to get the correct external dimensions as advertised.

    Works best in brake tools

    Works great and does the job. However, the sloping side was too steep for my Timken races. However, they are not intended for intensive use as they puncture when tapped.

    set has a good range of sizes, case has been slightly damaged and doesn't feel heavy, love how it snaps together, time will tell durability . Overall I am satisfied with the set.

    Made for small applications

    Bought to knock out pinion bearing races in my Jeep Wrangler. The punch handle is very short. It is difficult to get good leverage. Not as difficult as expected. It would be good for small applications.

    More than the usual offer

    The farm machinery mechanic is here. Use this set almost every day. The set works well and has no sizing or tooling issues. The storage box, on the other hand, is rather thin. Case arrived damaged in transit. I believe the first time you accidentally drop the suitcase while carrying it, you'll need something else to store the pieces.

    There are no instructions in the brake tools

    They may work well, I don't know yet. I only had to knock out one seal and wasn't sure which direction they were facing. However, one side is slightly tapered, not very noticeable at first, very noticeable when you hit it with a hammer and it jams. I suppose one could argue that "only a professional should use them". Please, who buys a cheap driver set today? Yes, people like me are trying to save some money because we just can't afford to have someone else do this kind of work for us. Good…

    The lack of detail renders the driver set unusable. - Corrected!

    No long handle, no quick release handle, no Allen screw. So there is no way to use steel washers to drive my seals into the wheel hub. I hope to get the spare parts quickly so I can report if the kit actually works well. There was bubble wrap inside the case and discs everywhere so it looked like someone had opened the case (maybe sent it back). I'm guessing all the parts were originally in there at some point (but not when I got it). If I receive the parts quickly I will change my rating based

    Don't buy them unless you have access to a lathe and the skills to assemble them properly

    In fact I only chose this kit because I thought the advertised SAE dimensions would fit would fit the SAE bearings which are all my cars use. However, my reasoning was definitely wrong. The claimed 2.83 inch diameter would have been ideal for mounting the new Timken racing system if correct. If they were within the 0.01 inch tolerance (which is the world SAE standard when dimensions are given to ten thousandths) they would still work as is. This particular one in the picture measures 3.855…
