Maybe they work fine, I don't know yet. I only had to knock out one seal and wasn't sure which direction they were facing. However, one side is slightly tapered, not very noticeable at first, very noticeable when you hit it with a hammer and it jams. I suppose one could argue that "only a professional should use them". Please, who buys a cheap driver set today? Yes, people like me are trying to save some money because we just can't afford to have someone else do this kind of work for us. Good price, seems well built, probably very easy to understand. I had to use the old gasket to install the new one.
