As a golf lover, I unconsciously train at work, at home, in lines; Do you understand. This adjustable swing speed trainer is similar to others of the same design but costs about $50 less. Made in Korea, the tip is foam coated so if I hit something indoors I don't think it's going to make a big mark. I love the standard golf grip on this trainer and it has a carbon fiber grip. It feels like a real club. In my experience, to get the right "click" at the right speed and in the right place, you have to be in good shape. In order for the racquet to "click," I really have to first tighten my hips so my hands can move through them, just like in real life. Speed dialing is available in both m/s and mph. So, theoretically, if you know the swing speed of a particular club, you can practice swinging that club. I use the low speed setting for pitch shots. The cool thing is that you have to follow the high hands to get the second "click" in the right place. Definitely not a replacement for training on the range, but when I'm at work I can use this machine to fully train my swing. The compact size allows you to carry it in a backpack, it will bulge a little. Went from 89 km/h to 100 km/h. Immediate feedback if I don't release the hold position at the impact point. As for his personal progress on the course, he gained 20 yards over the driver and increased his club distance on the irons. Greater confidence in handling and a more consistent swing pace. No real improvement in fine pitching and frontal impact. I think if you had good golf mechanics before this trainer you will see good results. Faster swings with poor setup and form still mean more slices and less golf fun. Pictured are my golf practice tools at work. When I'm not really working. 9/21/20 Review of a year of use I have had this item and have been using it for over a year and I still love it. I put a new GolfPride Align on it just like on my ping. Sometimes the speed control part will loosen and you just need to tighten it again by screwing it in tighter. never mind I started shooting golf in the mid 80's and early 90's. This year I filmed the 70s 3 times. You still need to have good swing mechanics to improve muscle memory and develop a good swing. But having this golf tool to practice at home or in my case at work really benefits my swing and my golf game. If you use it I think it will help improve the speed, consistency and shape of the shot. Use it at home without worrying about breaking a lamp or ceiling fan. Use it with video to evaluate your swing anytime, anywhere. Good product!
