I am postponing the use of this product for 18 months! I was so afraid I would ruin my sofa. My only regret is that I didn't use it sooner. The sofa looks great! I watched videos on YouTube to get started and make sure I know what I'm doing. My sofa turned out to be darker than I expected, so I gradually added more black to the color. I applied with a terry towel. 2-3 layers are applied to a more damaged area. I suggest starting with a thin layer and then letting it dry. It's easier to keep building than just applying a thick layer at first. 1 pack covered all damage to my 13ft section. I am very happy. I no longer have to hide the damage with pillows and blankets.
