Great AI Chatbots Platform For Business Solutions

The best part of this software is that it has almost all features we require from any chatbot platform, including but not limited to; - Natural Language Processing- NLP capabilities for text analysis.- Deep learning models like LSTM or CNNs etc., which can be trained using labeled data in order to build predictive analytics model specific to our use case needs (customer service).

I am very happy with its performance so far as well as pricing structure offered by them! Nothing much at present time since their product was just launched recently though i do recommend you give them your feedback if they are still offering free trial period before purchase. We have been able solve customer issues regarding ticketing process through an interactive conversation via epiafrica's conversional artificial intelligence bot called 'Gummi'.
