At first I was happy to hang my rulers on the wall. I thought it would save me space and still look good in my sewing room. NOT CORRECT! After falling off the wall multiple times and throwing rulers everywhere, I decided to leave it off the wall and just use the desktop device. It works great, but that's not what I bought it for.
